work related things i want to start doing:
- likemind coffee mornings
- third tuesday toronto meetups
- more detailed presentations (for prospective clients)
- welcome packages (explaining exactly what it is we do, and what we need to to it well)
i figure the first two will help with the innovation, ideas, and building relationships part, and the last two will help with client satisfaction, and improved results.
